Recipe (Makes 4 sandwiches)

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Add oil to a medium pan on medium heat.

  2. Once oil is heated, add in vegetables, and salt and pepper to the pan. Sauté until golden brown.

  3. Remove vegetables from pan and set aside.

  4. On medium-low heat, place oil in a pan.

  5. Add in sausages, and cook until well done. Remove from pan and set aside.

  6. Next fry the eggs. You can cook this whatever style you like: fried, sunny side up, or scrambled. Remove from heat once done.

  7. Now it’s time to prepare the sandwich.

  8. Cut biscuits in half.

  9. Place eggs on the bottom half of each biscuit.

  10. Cut each sausage in half. Place at least 2 of the cut sausages on top of the eggs. You can also try to fit 3 like we did if you prefer more sausage.

  11. Top the sausages with the vegetable mixture.

  12. Top the vegetables with 1 tablespoon of chutney, each. You can put more ore less depending on your spice tolerance.

  13. Finish it off by putting the top half of each biscuit on top of the vegetables.

  14. Admire your work and enjoy!

Take it up a notch
