Move over pumpkin spice! Make room for Spicy Apple Chutney!

Camella’s Kitchen’s Spicy Apple Chutney tastes just as you imagine it. While I’m sure it’s delicious on chicken or fish, I thought it’d be fun to use it in a cocktail! The flavors of the chutney work really well with Tom Cat gin but I imagine it would work with other gins as well. Meet the Spicy Apple Tom Cat.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Tom Cat Gin

  • 3/4 oz. simple syrup

  • 1/4 oz. Camella’s Kitchen Spicy Apple Chutney

  • 1/2 oz. lime juice

  • Apple slices and garam marsala, for garnish

Steps

  1. Shake all ingredients in mixing tin and pour into glass already filled with ice.

  2. Garnish with apple slices and sprinkle with Garam Marsala to taste.
