Happy New Year to all!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you who supported us during this past year by ordering from us, or by showing up and participating in our events – be it at festivals or markets. It was our first time vending at these events, and we enjoyed hearing from you all, even if it was just a simple hello. We had fun answering inquiries about the products, and also took pride in introducing a sample of the flavors the Caribbean has to offer.

While we’ve been crafting our recipes for decades now, our business is fairly new. We created it to showcase a bit of Trinidad and Tobago, and to carry on the traditions of Ms. Camella. Our flavors are crafted according to the very traditions I learned as an adolescent and young adult growing up in Trinidad. We take pride in our products being authentic, and so we do not use artificial preservatives or colors. Additionally, we produce our products in small batches to ensure quality, texture, and taste – we think it’s worth the time.

So, what can you find at Camella’s Kitchen? Our signature flavors include spicy sauces, hot chutneys, and baked goods. On occasion, we also release limited-edition items, such as our pumpkin spice pepper sauce in the fall. Our spicy sauces (pepper sauces and chutneys) can be used on almost anything, including meats, seafood, and vegetables. They also work well with cold cut deli meats, omelets, and as a dipping sauce at parties. Our signature Caribbean fruit cake is a tantalizing dessert and can be eaten by itself or paired with your favorite glass of wine. Try our sauces and desserts for yourself and discover what delicious combos await in store!

This year, we’re hoping to satisfy your taste buds and improve on how we bring our flavors to you. Be sure to keep in touch with us. If you’d like to see us in person, check out our events calendar within the upcoming weeks to see where we’ll be in the community. In the meantime, we do ship. For more occasional updates, follow us on Instagram. Spice is fashion, so remember to add some flair to your dishes and share your takes with us. Show us how you will #BeCamellaSaucy!

Wishing you a blessed year,
Karen
